All Kickoff Consultations will be scheduled with an Attorney, take place in 10-minute increments and shall not exceed the time allotted. Note: Payment of this fee must be made prior to the Kickoff Consultation, is earned upon receipt, and is non-refundable. After the Kickoff Consultation, the Firm will send you additional information to help prepare you for your subsequent 1 hour Legal Checkup with the same Attorney for your scheduling preference. During the Legal Checkup, your Attorney will provide you with your Roadmap that identifies concerns that you have requested guidance on, and other issues identified by your Attorney to prioritize. Together, you will work to come to clarity on strategy that works for you to give you peace of mind on a path forward. A copy of your Roadmap will be sent to you electronically for quick-reference and for your records for documentation on file.

*Note for existing Clients: Engagement Letter Agreement terms apply to fees
**Note for Potential Clients or New Clients: Attorney-Client Relationship will not be formed until the potential client enters the necessary information required on the short intake form (name, company name, any opposing parties, etc.,) so the Firm can ensure an instant conflict check for conflict of interest and provide you unbiased service.

Based on the Initial Intake,
Where the Firm decides to take on representation of you, the Firm can begin work after receipt of your signature of the Engagement Agreement that outlines the nature of our relationship and payment.

The Initial Legal Consultation is offered in a Flat Fee arrangement. Payment of this fee must be made prior to the Kickoff Consultation, fee is earned upon receipt, and fee is non-refundable. Should you wish to expand the scope of legal services, the Firm offers a variety of engagement models offering payments in hourly, flat fee, or subscription services.

All consultations will be scheduled in 30-minute increments and shall not exceed the time allotted (Note: An extended 1-hour time slot is available to select from prior to booking but cannot be extended at the time of the appointment if you select the 30-minute appointment. Payment of this fee must be made prior to the initial consultation and is non-refundable and earned upon receipt.
